Team Leader / Greenhouse

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for flowers ?

We are looking for a hands-on Teamleader to guide our team at greenhouse in Bleiswijk.

What are you going to do?

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Monitor product quality and ensure efficiency in the production line.
• Act as the point of contact between team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Where are you going to work?

You will be working in a greenhouse with flowers pot .

What do we ask of you?

• Experience at the simillar position
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work proactively and take initiative.
• Languages required: Basic English or Dutch and Polish.
• Own transport to get to the neighborhood in Bleiswijk.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude.
