OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR   

We are looking for motivated employees with experience in warehouse work.

Where are you going to work?

As a OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR, you work for one of the largest companies in the Eindhoven airport cargo zone.

What are you going to do?

Personnel:  

1. Manage the day to day operational need of the warehouse, in proportion to the warehouse, personnel planning and management of capacity to ensure a smooth running operation.

2. Manage and register sick report, vacations, free time and all other HR related registration process with the department.

3. Ensure safety and the well-being of the operators by enforcing all safety regulations in place.

Operations:

1. Ensure that the start time, break time and end of work time is strictly kept.

2. Ensure the enforcement of the company regulations as regards, safety, availability during work hours (no use of telephone), no discriminations etc.

3. Ensuring that all operators have the necessary tool to carry out their function.

4. Training and certification of all operators, with the goal of training every operator to be multifunctional (all operator must be able to do all job.

5. Ensure maximal use of locations by constantly efficiently managing locations for the most effective use.

6. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors of other departments and operations, to ensure visibility and operational excellence and continuity.

Process:

1. Manage the docks lot plan process

2. Ensure decrease in waiting hours of the chauffeurs.

3. Managing departmental projects and ensuring operational discipline.

What do we ask of you?

• Living near Eindhoven.

• Motivated.

• Own transport.

• Available work full time.

• Available work in 3 shift system.

• Knowledge of English and Dutch.

• Knowledge of working with a computer

 

What do we offer you?

• Weekly salary with good working conditions.

• A salary €3200-4000 gross

• Transport cost €9,30 per day
